(Damien says Hi)
This will be my third attempt at the year-long daily creative project. But, having gone through two previous attempts, I think I have learned something very important that may possibly help me succeed this time. I think my Bug-a-Day projects were just too ambitious (yes, some were horrible rush jobs, but others took hours, and I always began them thinking I needed to make something good even if it didn't turn out that way...in other words, sometimes I stressed myself out about it). Additionally, sometimes I'd spend what felt like an hour just looking for a good insect subject to draw.
So, new rules this time. I will draw *something* *anything* daily. And it can take just a few minutes, or if I feel so bold, an all-day painting session to create something finished.
This will be the Gallery with links to each individual page.
Why do I keep bothering with this? Daily art practice helps improve your skills. I let mine go idle far too often and I get rusty. So I'm hoping to get back into the flow of things. Posting on here gives me a degree of accountability to complete things.

Here are the galleries for my previous two attempts:
This one lasted all of 66 days!
This one lasted a more respectable 107 days...
...but with a very long break
And along the same vein, here are CreativeSprint 30-day Challenges I've done. I wouldn't have attempted the (supposed to be) yearlong challenges if I hadn't tried these first and realized the benefit of them (despite their sometimes demanding nature). They were based on prompts that were emailed to me (and there's a bit of overlap, sorry)
